Image of SPX Deltech Desiccant  Dryers, ED SeriesThe EDC Euro-Dry compact desiccant dryer supplied by HP Pneumatic Solutions is a proven, reliable heatless desiccant dryer. The EDC range can be wall mounted and are quiet, clean and unobtrusive. They have been particularly popular for hospital and laboratory users of compressed air. A stainless steel enclosed version of the EDC range is available for use in sterile environments farther enhancing the dryer’s suitability for laboratory use.

The EDC range has been designed with ease of maintenance/installation in mind. The inlet and outlets are interchangeable providing a plug in solution to compressed air treatment; Deltech pre & after filters are fitted as standard to provide clean as well as dry air. HP Pneumatic Solutions can provide any advice on correct model required or extra filtration that your application might need.

Efficiency is provided by heat capture of the absorption process thereby reducing energy costs. The EDC comes as standard with a timer setting allowing shut downs to be programmed to avoid energy wastage .The EDC Euro-dryer comes in the 3cfm-139cfm range.

V2  : Required Dryer Capacity
Calculation: V2=   V1F1×F2×F³=401.20×0.88×1.00=37.9m³/h  Required dryer capacity i.e. above model EDC17

1CFM = 1.699M³/H or 1 CFM = 28.328 l/min
